Welcome

The U.S. Marine Corps invites the public to review this project website for the latest information on the environmental review process associated with the Marine Corps’ proposal to lease a parcel of land to a private entity for the development, construction, and operation of a data center campus and energy generation infrastructure at Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, Arizona.

The potential environmental impacts of the proposal are analyzed in an Environmental Assessment (EA). The Marine Corps published the Draft EA on October 16, 2026, initiating a 15-day public comment period, through October 31, 2026. An open house meeting will be held on October 27, 2026, to provide information about the proposed project and environmental analysis.

The public is invited to attend an open house meeting to learn about the Proposed Action and environmental analysis. Project team members will be available at information stations to answer questions. The public may arrive at any time during the specified hours. There will not be a formal presentation. All interested persons, agencies, and organizations are encouraged to attend the open house meeting, review the Draft EA, and submit comments.
